How I Became the Dopamine Coach
Why me? With a qualification in psychology I worked on a National Inquiry into Self-harm as a researcher and read every testimony in a National call for evidence in the media. I felt privileged to be let into the most intimate moments of crisis people were experiencing.
I also worked for Disney, The National Schools Partnership UK, and the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. A trained developmental movement play specialist, with a background in functional neuroanatomy, I saw common threads between what helped people to cope, and what made them thrive; I discovered my passion for helping others learn about the dopamine process.
Through the use of dopamine based practices I have seen first-hand, the spectacular results people can gain when they master the physical processes driving them, and their mental state.
If that sounds complicated, don't worry, I'm going to break it down for you and make it simple.
Love, Katherine. Xx
